[Hardrockerstudentathletes] Summer 2021 Voluntary Sport Specific Forms

Good Morning All,
The NCAA recently passed a legislative waiver to allow voluntary team sport activities for the summer 2021. These activities can begin on July 5th.
The attached Voluntary Sport Specific Voluntary Request document must be filled out, saved, and emailed back to me. From there, similar to last season, I will share access to a Google Scheduler for you to enter your volunteer activities PRIOR to reaching out to your coach.
I've also reattached the Student Athlete Work Verification Form and Strength & Conditioning Form that is required prior to your workouts.
All volunteer activities are exactly that.... VOLUNTARY! All activities must be initiated by you in order to work with your coach.
