<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Youth Mental Health First Aid introduces participants to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents, builds understanding of the importance of early intervention, and teaches individuals
how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This is a 2-part training. The first part of the training is a 2 hour self-paced online course that is a pre-requisite for participants. The second portion of the course is a 4.5 –hour virtual course which is led by MHFA-certified
instructors and taught online through Zoom. Participants must complete the 2 hour self-paced course prior to the online Zoom course.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
