degree from 2013-2023). Participants should submit a CV/Resume, in addition to a 1-page abstract (following SFB guidelines) that specifically emphasizes how their research advances the state of the field/industry that they work in and supports the translation
of biomaterials to the clinic/market. This abstract can be adapted from the participant’s submitted conference abstract or can be an entirely new piece of work. The top 6 submitted abstracts – evaluated by a panel of industry scientists based on the impact of
