Engineering and Columbia University. This two-day, in-person, interactive workshop will be held November 18-19, 2022 and will feature research talks, educational presentations, intensive workshops, mock interviews, and panel discussions with faculty at both
institutions. To be eligible, a student must be working on their PhD and planning to seek a faculty position in the next 1-2 years. Only 20 applicants will be selected to participate in this workshop, but
