[Nano-bme] Go To Mines Events This Summer - Volunteers Needed!

Greetings, All!

Our department is looking for a few students to help out with 2 Go To Mines events later this summer. The first will be on Friday, June 7th and the second will be on Saturday, July 20th. These events feature an information fair where our department will have a booth from for about an hour starting at 8:30AM followed by two back-to-back department tours. We are typically finished around noon.

As a volunteer, you would just need to be prepared to speak with prospective students and their families about being a student here, help with set-up/break-down of things at our booth and meeting room, and possibly help with getting groups back and forth between buildings. There will be free coffee and water available throughout the day.

If you are interested in helping out with one or more of these events, please let me know so that I can put your name on the list(s)!
