I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are excited for a week’s worth of events on campus in celebration of Rocker Days! * Our local Girl Scouts are putting on a Believe In Girls (BIG) Event on Saturday, October 14th at Western Dakota Tech from 1PM-4PM. * The Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board is looking for volunteers to help with screening and paperwork for people attending their Historical Trauma & Unresolved Grief group that addresses and explores the cumulative effects of current and historical trauma, grief, and loss within the collective American Indian experience. * Scholarship/Fellowship Opportunities:
* Applications for the 2024 Science Ambassador Scholarship (funded by Cards Against Humanity) are now open! The application is a 3-minute educational video of yourself explaining a STEM topic you are passionate about. This is open to undergraduates and high school seniors.
