Greetings, All!
I hope you kept warm this weekend and have been celebrating (or getting ready to celebrate) Halloween! There will be extra candy and some other Halloween-themed snacks available in the NANO-BME office, so be sure to stop by and say hello (especially when you are in costume). 😃 As we wrap up the month of October and head into November, it’s a good time to think about how far you’ve come this semester and what you’ll do to finish strong in the coming month and a half(ish). Remember to utilize all of the resources you have at your disposal, like the Slide Rule, free tutoring, and your professors’ office hours, to help you get to that finish line!
And if you need a break from schoolwork, but would like some volunteer hours, we will be hosting the last Go To Mines event for this semester on Saturday (November 4th) from 8AM-12PM. If you are interested in helping with the booth and with the subsequent department tours, please sign up by going here<https://volunteersignup.org/JK9D9>.
There are exciting opportunities for you and fun things happening this week and beyond. Check them out below!
