        Mines Students Develop Free Tutoring Service
A new organization created and run by students at South Dakota Mines offers free tutoring to K-12 students. Currently StudyDakota has 29 volunteer tutors who are either Mines students or Mines alumni. The program can manage from 40 to 60 students with some tutors teaching more than one student at a time.

Summer Camp Registration Open

South Dakota Mines summer day camps for rising 9th-12th grade students are designed to be fun and hands-on. Some camps are free of charge and the others are affordable. Scholarships are available and space is limited, so sign up right away! 2021 camps depend on the status of the pandemic and will be conducted in compliance with all needed COVID safety measures.

STEAM Cafe - Facelift for a Fossil: Conserving a South Dakota T. rex Jaw
