Nostalgia Night Film Series
January 13 - March 17

The annual Mineral, Fossil and Rock Identification event! Bring your items big and small and our Museum staff and SD Mines student volunteers will do their best to identify what you have! This will take place on Saturday, January 26th from 11a.m.-3 p.m. in the Museum of Geology, located on the third floor of the O’Harra Building on the SD Mines campus.

SD Mines summer camps are designed to be fun and hands-on, and are for middle and high school students. Most camps last five days and students come here from all over the country to attend. Some camps are free of charge.

Cultural Expo
March 28 & 30

SD Mines international students and a variety of community groups will celebrate their cultural diversity with food, entertainment and displays during the annual SD Mines Cultural Expo in the Surbeck Center. The event is open to K-12 schools from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on March 28 and open to the general public from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on March 30.
