Applicant shall be a student-athlete who has completed athletics eligibility and is completing their degree at an active NCAA Division II institution. Applicant cannot concurrently receive any athletics aid from the institution. The degree must be completed
within 10 semesters (15 quarters). Other requirements for nomination for all student-athletes are listed below: </div>
