University. In an effort to keep Mines students at Mines for their classes, I have been hired to continue offering the same classes with the same successful structure at Mines.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:12.0pt">I created all the lectures for the course with the primary objective of student success in mind. <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Because things do not go as planned sometimes, my courses have a second chance option if needed to demonstrate they have learned the required material. If a student misses an exam deadline or does poorly on an exam, the student
can take the optional final to replace one missing or low exam score.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
