Good morning scholar athletes!
My name is Chase Stohlmann, and I am a junior mechanical engineering major on the men's soccer team. I have been working with mental health services and the athletic training staff this year on better understanding mental health, especially for myself and for other scholar athletes here at SD Mines. As such, I created a mental wellness survey in order to gain a better understanding of the overall mental health of scholar athletes and to see where improvements can be made. The survey is completely anonymous, so it would be greatly appreciated if you took a few minutes to fill out the survey. Thank you!
