Athletic department staff and student-athletes:

I would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that assisted with the Bauer Open yesterday.  While many of you had signed up ahead of time and showed up as requested, some were simply spectators who stepped up when they saw a need. This did not go unnoticed.  The wind complicated not only the experience for our student-athletes, but also the volunteers trying to assist with those events.  In particular, those who helped move the finish line at the end of the meet and those who fought the wind at the pole vault (all day long).  Thank you!

And to top it off, we had many great performances among our track & field team including 5 wins and 2 school records!  Congratulations to our Track & Field Team on a great day of competition!
