[Hardrockerstudentathletes] Athletic Event Tickets : Complimentary Admissions

Good Morning All,
What a great way to start of the year!
I'm emailing you all to address our new ticketing platform. Each athlete is allowed 4 complimentary tickets to provide to their friends or family to attend each game.
It is YOUR (the student athlete's) responsibility to make sure that you have entered in your athlete code (or given the code to your friends/family) to enter in your family names to the "Athlete Pass List."
These names need to be submitted to the online platform at a deadline of 24 HOURS prior to gametime. Otherwise, your family members will have to pay to get into the contest.

NCAA Bylaw:
16.2.1.2 General Regulations. Complimentary admissions shall be distributed only to persons designated by the student-athlete who have identified themselves and signed a receipt therefore.

These codes have been provided to you by Associate Athletic Director for Ticketing and Marketing, Brad Blume
