[Hardrockerstudentathletes] Summer Workouts & Work Verification Forms

Good Morning Hardrockers,
Please take a moment to read this message in its entirety ??.
For those of you sticking around for the summer and participating in voluntary strength & conditioning activities, please fill out the attached Summer S&C Request and have it turned in prior to your participation (it is required to do so).
Additionally, we will ask all of you to complete the attached & required work verification document as a way of tracking where athletes will be during the summer as it relates to NCAA Drug Testing protocols, and ensuring that athletes are abiding by NCAA policy on improper benefits.

When completing the documents, please save them as a PDF and send back  to me as such in  a separate email.
