Flu shots will be given on Monday, November 3, 2008, between 10:30 am -
1:30 pm in the McKeel Room in Surbeck Center.  

 

This is a walk-in clinic...no appointment is needed.  

 

Benefited State of South Dakota employees and their covered dependents -
no cost.  Be sure to bring your Dakotacare insurance card

Flu shots will be administered to students 18 years old and younger at
no cost.  

For those who are non-state employees or students 19 years old or older,
flu shots will cost $18.00.
